Privilege of the
Floor
Kathy Orr- I moved
from Wyoming County because of wind turbines.
I urge you to look into these carefully.
By putting these in Wyoming County they have placed families against families
and neighbors against neighbors. They
are suppose to be bonded to take these down when they are no longer needed but
is the bond enough. How about property
value loss?
John Riggi- Works
for Baxter Health we will be at the
Town Board meetings and bring information that we have to the Board We want to
work with the Board and have a good relationship with them in this matter. .
Roger Barth
attorney- people need to take their lease contract to a lawyer and have them
check it over. I have a number of
concerns about new mortgages and on
losing old ones. Need to gain a lot of information from an attorney.
Brett Ewald-
biologist- I am worried aboput the migratory bird population along Lake
Ontario. It would impact the migration
of water fowl. Hamlin and Point
Peninsula turned them down I and not for
Wind Turbines in Orleans County.
Mary Hazen- I have
watched documentaries –and see detriments caused by these What Can I do?
Harold Suhr- These
people sneak in ,once they are up they are up and the companies walk away. I am
against these for the Town of Yates.
Faith Basil- are we
to late to stop these?
Katie Whipple-
people are coming back and doo not want to lose the feeling of old time
Lyndonville.
Mike Basil I feel
the Board needs to take a step back and look at these and become more educated
on the wind turbines.
Dan Hare- I feel
Lyndonville would lose the small town feeling
Joanne Suhr- We have weddings in the summer at our
business I feel this would impact the business.
Lena Smith-
Shouldn’t you send information to all the property owners?
Russell Bentley- I
doubt it will have much of an impact on the birds-I am not against them
Bret Ewald they will
be concentrated at the lake and have an impact on the birds
