The meeting was called to order by the Supervisor at 3:30 P.M. at the Town Hall 8 South Main Street Lyndonville, NY

The purpose of the Public Hearing was for the Preliminary budget. All persons wishing to speak on the preliminary budget were allowed to be heard.

Councilman Bentley stated that if the future he thought the fire contract needs more. Councilman Bradley explained he is talking with the Fire Company on some of their needs. The Fire Contract is set by the Village of Lyndonville.

RESOLVED the Public Hearing on the Preliminary Budget be closed at 3:38 P.M
