Chairman Gary Daum – The Zoning Board received an Area Variance application from Lee Kassay asking for a 5’ front setback from Platten Rd., 34’ front setback from Greenman Rd. and a 10’ side setback on the east side.

Dan Wolfe mentioned that the land is an 89’ x 201’ lot. Being a corner lot and narrow, they do need an area variance.  Will need health department approval in order to get a building permit.

Mr. Kassay explained that he is going to have a cement pad done and then place a double wide home on cinder blocks.  Would like to build a garage at some point.

Chairman Gary Daum asked if there were any questions or concerns.

There were no questions or concerns from the board members.

Chairman Gary Daum – Shouldn’t be any issues.  Will have public hearing next week.

Next Chairman Gary Daum spoke about training and mentioned that it is a must.

NO FURTHER BUSINESS WAS DISCUSSED
