NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board
of the Town of Yates will hold a public hearing on
November 09, 2015 at 3:30 P.M. at the Town Hall
8 South Main Street, Lyndonville, NY the purpose
of such hearing is to present the preliminary budget
for the Town
of Yates beginning January 1, 2016.
A copy of said preliminary budget is available for
review at the Town Clerk’s office 8 South Main
Street Lyndonville NY, Mon Tues Thurs and Fri
from 9:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. and on Wednesday
from 9:00 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. and 7: 00 P.M. until
9:00 P.M. All comments either written or in person
will be accepted at
the Public Hearing.
The compensation, proposed to be paid to each
of the elected
officials is as follows:

JUSTICES (1)--
$8,500.00
TOWN CLERK—
$39,900.00
HIGHWAY
SUPERINTENDENT— $62,922.00
